The Healing Hub is a community outreach ministry of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church dedicated to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and practical support. Our mission is to meet immediate needs while building meaningful connections that promote healing, hope, and restoration.

Every Thursday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we open our doors to provide a safe and welcoming space for members of our community. Through the Healing Hub, guests can access hot meals and snacks, hot showers, clothing and personal hygiene items through our Community Closet, and free Naloxone kits. We also connect individuals with local organizations and resources that can assist with housing, healthcare, employment, recovery support, and other essential services.

At New Salem, we believe that healing extends beyond physical needs. The Healing Hub is a place where people are seen, valued, and supported. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, recovery challenges, or simply needs encouragement, our team is committed to serving with love, respect, and the compassion of Christ.
